Summon Defilers and Consume one before you start.Clear packs with Miasma Chain on the move.Drop Abyss on elites and bosses and finish them with Miasma Bolt.

125% FCR (Void, Ars Dul’Mephistos, Arachnid Mesh, Diadem, two Opalveins) · 56% FHR or more.

Notes

Chains can miss when you stand in a straight or diagonal line with the target, so stand slightly off-axis.
An Act 2 Might mercenary with ethereal Insight supplies mana and kills magic immunes.

Recommended builds are view only. Item tooltips, the skill tree, mercenary and buff screens all work, and you can switch the target monster to compare damage.
