FHR 48% · IAS is tuned for Grief in a Phase Blade with Fanaticism.Holy Shield makes faster block rate unnecessary.

Notes

  • Strength for the ethereal Vortex Shield, Dexterity for the Phase Blade and 75% block, the rest into Vitality.
  • High investment uses Crown of Ages and Last Wish, aiming for about 95% Crushing Blow.
  • The merc's main job is landing Decrepify with an ethereal Reaper's Toll.
